I clearly remember day 4 from my very first detox.
Waking up to find that the withdrawal headache had gone and that my head felt clear, not the usual fuzziness.
It was a completely new experience for me, and for the first time I really believed that I could do this!
The rest of the month was a breeze, I didn’t even want a coffee.
Of course this time round I don’t have the headaches, but even so I did feel more energetic as I woke up this morning.
Networking breakfasts still are not quite the same when I can’t share a social coffee.
