Challenge Day Eight – Week One Done

After yesterday evenings 5km run I headed out this morning to test myself for an hour and see how I felt. A far cry from the training run I had planned on BVRT course today but I was happy to bag 10km along the river to Kangaroo Point and back with no loss of energy or mishaps.

Week One is done and dusted. Weigh in this morning not as much lost as I would have liked (only down 0.7kg) but to be fair I have hardly trained this week and my diet hasn’t been perfect by any means due to this flu bug, so any loss is a win in my book.
